This policy covers the private business system Cameron Valley Landscaping uses to manage clients, quotes, scheduling and staff time, and the pages clients use to request work, view and approve quotes, and see visit reports.

What we collect

Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, property address), project details and photos you send, quotes and signatures, and records of the work we do at your property, including times, photos and the location of our crew. For our staff, we record work hours and the location of their phone when they clock in or out and when they arrive at or leave a job.

How we use it

To respond to requests, prepare and send quotes and invoices, schedule and carry out work, keep records of visits, pay staff, and keep our books. We do not sell your information.

Our website

Our website remembers, in a small cookie for 90 days, how you first found us (for example a Google search, an ad, or a flyer), and includes that with any estimate request you send so we know which advertising works. We may also use Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits and to measure whether our ads lead to requests; Google sets its own cookies for this. Your request details are never sent to Google. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site and request form still work.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run this system for us: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email delivery (Resend), maps (Google Maps), and our accounting software (QuickBooks Online by Intuit), where invoices and customer records are created. Each keeps the data on our behalf.

QuickBooks

When connected, the system creates customers and invoices in our own QuickBooks Online company and reads our products, services and tax codes. The connection can be removed at any time from Settings or from QuickBooks.

Keeping it safe

Access is limited to our staff with their own logins. Data is sent over encrypted connections, and photos are stored privately.

Your choices
